The participants stay for up to 5 years.
Villa Pierrot, with the invaluable collaboration of the Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi Memphrémagog, provides continuous individual support for the personal and professional progression of participants.
An intervention worker in charge of community and democratic life supports residents in organizing their living environment through their participation in various projects, activities, committees, and workshops in a participatory management approach enabling each woman to reinforce her competencies, abilities, and independence through experience.
By the end of their stay, each resident will have developed her own potential as a woman, mother, student, professional, and engaged citizen.
The Villa provides a post-stay service to former residents who feel they need it, whether for accessing information and references or to address certain challenges encountered.

Villa Pierrot is bustling with life, whether through parties, such as for Halloween, Christmas, or March break, which are always organized by and for the single mothers in the organization.
Our living environment has everything residents need to achieve their full potential while developing their independence both on a personal and social/professional level.

A night respite care service supervised by volunteers
Programming is carried out in collaboration with several community organizations such as: Centre des femmes Memphrémagog, Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi, Cuisines Collectives Memphrémagog, Zone Libre Memphrémagog, etc.
There are various workshops provided on weeknights with the respite care service to allow mothers to attend. Workshops are provided on the following themes:
